Weekly Recap 3/30 – 4/5 – J Bird Runs
Happy Monday! Or as we have been saying, Groundhog’s day. Since every day is the same lol. Hope you are all staying safe and healthy.
For me, running is feeling really good right now. I went throw a bit of a low point in not feeling great, but talked to my endocrinologist and he adjusted my thyroid medication. I have low thyroid, so every once in a while we need to tweak it. Here is how last week looked:
Monday 3/30: 6.02 miles easy at 9:19 average
Tuesday 3/31: 2 miles warm up, 10 x 90 sec hard, 90 sec easy on rolling hills, 2 mile cool down. Splits were – 7:27/7:14/7:43/7:59/7:37/7:25/7:29/7:09/6:54/6:59. Total of 8.02 at 8:43 average. I finished with some lower body weights.
Wednesday 4/1: 5.01 miles easy at 8:58 average
Thursday 4/2: 5.01 miles easy at 9:51 average
Friday 4/3: 6.01 miles easy at 9:31 average
Saturday 4/4: 10.01 miles easy at 9:03 average
Sunday 4/5: Peloton workout
